If you have a fault with your road, such as a pothole or streetlight not working, then Cumbria Highways can help you. Cumbria Highways is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - and you can report the fault online, by phone, or by e-mail. We will take details of the fault and, if our inspectors assess the fault as a 'dangerous' defect then we will repair it or make it safe. If the fault is not considered 'dangerous', then it will be repaired or attended to only when it can be economically included into our work schedules.

When you report a fault you will be given a reference number, please keep a note of this so that if you need to contact us again, we can quickly find details of the fault. You can also use this site to track a fault that you have previously reported.

To report a fault online, or track a previously reported fault, please click on one of the links on the right hand side.
